Tutorial | Tip Alerts for Odysee Livestreams | Linux and Windows

# UPDATE:
I created a portable version of my nodecg simple-alerts bundle for both Windows and Linux. The portable version is easy to install, just extract it and run it. Now that we have hyperchat there is no longer any need for the python script.

### Info for the old tutorial:

You will need:
nodecg and nodejs

My python script to activate tips

Python

You do need to be logged into the lbry desktop app.

I fixed some bugs that some Windows users were experiencing with the python script (odysee-tip-listener.py). This fix will also improve performance.
We will however need install 2 more python modules (Linux users will also need to install these to use the python script).
“`python -m pip install aiohttp asyncio“`

Another side note, is that if you wish to add alerts to multiple scenes in OBS then it is best to set up a scene just for nodecg and then add that as a source to each scene that you would like to display alerts on(this comes back to only having one index.html active at a time).
Also, make sure nodecg is running before the browser source in OBS or the page wont be loaded, you can refresh the browser source in its properties. It is good practice to do a test alert(using curl or invoke-webrequest) before each stream to confirm it is working, same goes for anything that uses a browser source such as the text overlay by alojs.
